Quality Assurance Program
In addition to quality control system, we also conduct independent and repeated inspection on the factory’s production line, packaging room, warehouse and quality control center on time to make sure each order is produced in strict accordance with requirements.
We also pay attention to testing methods and analysis equipment to ensure that the testing process conforms to various international testing standards, such as FCC, BP, USP, NF.
Different batches of sampled products will be tested in independent lab, for making sure daily test results are consistent with final products.
For better quality control and production process tracking, we test each order, save samples of each batch of products.
Logistics System
With highly professional logistics team, each order can arrive in destination in a timely manner.
For automobile transportation, over 200 transportation vehicles can be arranged at the same time to serve domestic transportation needs;
For warehousing, there are storage warehouses around major ports for short term storage or cargo transit;
For ports in Tianjin, Yingkou, Shanghai, Ningbo, Yantian, Huangpu, Qinzhou and Fangcheng, we already have complete operation ability and experiences, including Customs inspection, clearance, full container loading or bulk carrier operation;
For ocean shipping, we have signed long term negotiated prices with COSCO, MSK, CMA, MSC etc. to gain freight space and cost.
